arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. We
want you to enjoy your full spa experience and arriving
late may reduce your treatment schedule. Remember
your service will end on time so the next guest is
not delayed. Please respect the right to relaxation
of other guests
- To guarantee your appointment, please provide a credit card number when making your reservation
- We recommend cell phones are placed on vibrate mode to maximize your spa experience
- Our Spa offers separate men and women’s facilities, complete with lockers and showers. Complimentary robe, slippers and towel await you when you arrive for your therapy experience.
- Lockers
are provided but please refrain from bringing valuables
to the Spa. River Oaks Hot Springs Spa is not responsible
for personal items.
- Bridal parties and group accommodations are welcome. Please email comerelax@riveroakshotsprings.com or call 805.238.4600 to personalize your group reservation.
- Although
River Oaks Hot Springs Spa does not have an
age requirement, we kindly ask that all children
are closely supervised while at the Spa. No
children under the age of 18 are permitted in the mineral spas or
private massages unless accompanied by an adult.
- Some treatments may not be appropriate for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, severe allergies, sunburn or women who are pregnant or nursing.
- Advance
reservations for Spa services is highly recommended.
- In appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities may be offered to your service provider in the form of check or cash.

Cancellation
Policy: Spa services are subject to a
cancellation policy and require four hours
or more advance cancellation. Notice
is required to avoid being charged the full
amount
of any
treatment
service or package. Two hours notice
is required for tub services.
Four hours notice is required for massage or
facial services. Twenty-four
hours notice is required for package or group
reservations.
